Parker Case, Ph.D.

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Atmospheric Chemistry and Dynamics Laboratory.

My research focuses on modeling aerosol microphysics in global chemistry climate models, specifically investigating stratospheric aerosols from volcanic eruptions and background sulfur sources.

I have helped develop novel versions of the Goddard Earth Observing System (GEOS) Earth System Model and the Community Aerosol and Radiation Model for Atmospheres (CARMA) Microphysics Module.

I am interested more broadly in working in physical and statistical modeling incorporating a range of techniques including machine learning.
